Arab Coalition Bombs Yemen’s Capital Sanaa

KABUL (MEP) — Saudi-led Arab coalition warplanes heavily bombs Yemen’s capital Sanaa.

The bombing targeted various areas of Sana’a today and targeted mostly civilian positions.

Saudi media have claimed that military areas were targeted in Sanaa.

The extent of casualties and injuries of the attacks have not been announce yet.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Yemeni war, known as the ‘forgotten’ war, has so far left about 6,000 dead, including 5,000 children.

According to the UN Office for Humanitarian Affairs, about 2 million Yemeni citizens have been displaced from their homes and taken to other locations within the country and about 6,000 others have fled to foreign countries, including Djibouti and Somalia.
