Traffic Accident Leaves 12 People Dead Near Egyptian Airport
MEP: At least 12 people have died and two others were injured as a bus collided with a car on a highway near Egypt’s Sohag International Airport, which is located in Sohag governorate, in the central part of the country, Egypt Independent quoted officials as saying.
The two injured people have been transported to the hospital with severe injuries.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), Egypt is the world’s 10th worst country in road accidents due to careless driving and poor road conditions.
