Terrorist Gunfire Kills 9, Injuries 80 In Syria’s Aleppo
MEP: At least nine people have lost their lives and nearly 80 others sustained injuries in the northern Syrian province of Aleppo after terrorist groups reportedly affiliated mainly to Al-Nusra Front opened fire on a residential area in on Sunday night.
Syria’s official news agency, SANA said most of the victims were children and women.
The number of those killed could considerably increase as a number of those injured are in critical condition, while the gunfire is still raging,” the report added.
Aleppo has been divided between government forces and militants since 2012, a year after conflict broke out in the Arab country.
The terrorist attacks also damaged the nearby houses.
