Shia Citizen Shoot Dead By Saudi Forces
MEP: Abdulrahim Ali al-Faraj, a Shia citizen was reportedly shot and killed by Saudi forces in the country’s Eastern Province on Wednesday.
According to a statement by Saudi Interior Ministry, the incident occurred after the kingdom’s military attack his home which he shared with his brother in the mostly Shia-populated town of Awamiyah.
The statement said that both brothers were wanted over accusations of attacking security forces.
However, the brother, Majid, escaped the raid.
