Kunduz Police Arrests Drug Smuggler
KABUL: (MEP) Kunduz police arrested a drug smuggler in Kabul transmission zone Sunday morning.
Hejratullah Akbari, Deputy Spokesman for Kunduz police chief told ‘MiddleEastPress’ the man was arrested along with 13 kg of heroin type of drug.
“The drug was skillfully embedded in a truck that was going to transfer it to Kandahar province,” Akbari said.
According to Akbari, investigations for this individual started and the files will be handed over to judicial authorities after completing documents.
This comes as police chief of Kunduz had arrested 22 robbers and criminals, including one of the major kidnappers earlier in the province.
