Al-Arefe Pronounces Anathema To Ramzan Kadyrov And Considered His Blood “Mobah”
MEP: Al Jazeera Media Network reports that Mohamad al-Arefe, the famous Wahhabi missionary in some harsh tweets condemned Chechen republic Congress and severely criticized its participants.
He also issued a fatwa and pronounced anathema to Ramzan Kadyrov, the president of the country, and considered his blood “Mobah”.
