9 Dead, 25 Wounded In Baghdad’s Bomb Blast
KABUL: (MEP) A suicide bomb attack has killed at least nine people and wounded 25 inside a Shia mosque in the Radwaniyah area, southwest of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
The incident occurred after two suicide bombers carried out the attack — one of them was killed when trying to enter the mosque. His accomplice, however, had managed to get inside, Alsumaria TV channel reported.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the explosion but Islamic State (IS) terrorists have been often blamed for such attacks.
According to police sources, the injured have taken to hospital.
