Following the increasing insecurity in Chemtal and Ghahar Bulak cities in Balkh province, the provincial governor along with some security officials to carry out operations entered Chemtal city.
“Along with the arrival of Atta Mohammad Noor, enough army force have entered Chemtal city and the operation is due till the end of today Saturday, Asad 28th” Munir Farhad, the Balkh provincial spokesman told the Middle East Press
He added a joint operation, security forces along with the local resident uprising, will be conducted to clear both cities of the insurgents.
“The operation will be directly conducted by Atta Mohammad Noor” the Balkh provincial spokesman added
Munir Farhad hoped the security situation gets improved in these two cities in coming two days.
Chemtal and Ghahar Bulak cities in Balkh province have been insecure. Previously, the Balkh province governor had personally conducted clearance operation in these two cities.
