What does Israel Demand from Religious Leaders in Pakistan?
KABUL: (Middle East Press) An Israeli website published an article praising two extremist Pakistani religious leaders and demanded Israel to invest the budget of making tanks on these leaders to propagate against Iran.
The Israeli “talniri” press published an article with the title of “Is there any Muslim mullah who conforms to the modern world?” and pointed to Muslims around the world, calling them ‘ignorant’ and under the influence of Ayatollah Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei. It wrote: “Whether we’re happy or sad, some mullahs such as Ayatollah Khomeini and Khameni were capable of arousing hostility of millions of people toward us and the security of our sacred land and this issue cost us a lot in recent 35 years. If Iran’s revolution hadn’t been led by these mullahs, we would have reached the goal of living on the Promised Land from the Nile to the Euphrates. But unfortunately they have interfered in realization of this goal and have subjected us to security and military challenges.”
The article mentioned Iran’s support from anti-Israeli groups and personalities in Iraq and Lebanon, such as Hezbollah, and acknowledged that this group has caused lots of trouble for Israel and has turned into a nightmare for Israel in the northern borders.
Talniri pointed to the extent of Iran’s influence on the countries of the region, even up to Peninsular India, and expressed that they are facing serious anti-Israeli challenges in this area which is the result of Iran’s influence on countries like India and Pakistan.
The article mentioned “intellectual mullahs” in World of Islam and introduced two extremist religious-political leaders in Pakistan known as ‘Maulana Sami ul-Haq’ and ‘Maulana Ludhianvi’ and wrote that rather than propagating against Israel, these two address the threat of Iran in their speech.
The author of the article expressed: “In one of the booklets by Sami al-Haq, it was written that the best deed in Islam is the sacred war against Iran and dying for this purpose is considered God’s worship and fighting against Israel has never been their priority and will never be. That’s because Palestinians and Israelis came to an agreement and made peace and starting a war during peace is taboo.” He also added: “In 2014 Maulana Ludhianvi announced that fighting against Jews stopped after the conquests of the Islam’s prophet and fighting against Israel is unjustifiable.” The author proposed that in addition to countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt and the UAE, Israel can look for even more friends among the countries in south of Asia. “I believe that if Israel invests the monthly budget of buying tanks on the mullahs, we will confront Iran’s revolution and its mullahs more efficiently and I recommend the government to consider this strategy. By doing so anti-Semitism among Muslims will be cleared and the safety of our citizens will be also ensured.”
