Released on Wednesday, the gruesome video shows the cop slapping and kicking the young boy at Reach Partnership School on Tuesday afternoon.

The black cop also curses the young African American, shouting, “Get the f**k out of here!”

Another officer is also seen standing by, doing nothing.

Both the officers were placed on paid administrative leave along with Baltimore City Public Schools Police Chief Marshall Goodwin.

“This type of behavior is not indicative of our schools police officers,” said Karl Perry, chief of school support. “This is unacceptable. It’s not behavior that will ever be tolerated by any city employee.”

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake also reacted to the video, denouncing the cop’s move as “appalling.”

“Anytime there is a law enforcement officer with that level of authority that seems to be abusing that authority, it impacts all of us across the country,” she said. “It certainly is not helpful as we work to build bridges of trust to see that level of mistreatment.”

“The behavior that was demonstrated on the video, you never want to see anyone treated like that.”
