Velayati: Enemies Have Failed To Replace Islamic Awakening With A New Model
MEP: 5 years after the beginning of Islamic Awakening movement and establishing the World Assembly of Islamic Awakening by the foresight of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, the enemies have not be able to materialize their goals such as organizing Takfiri groups to replace Islamic Awakening movement and planning to divide the Muslim world.
Secretary General of the Global Assembly of Islamic Awakening Ali-Akbar Velayati said that in spite of organizing terrorist groups, the enemies have failed to replace Islamic Awakening movement with a new model.
Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati made the remarks in his speech to the 9th meeting of the supreme council of the Global Assembly of Islamic Awakening, and said: “5 years after the beginning of Islamic Awakening movement and establishing the World Assembly of Islamic Awakening by the foresight of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, the enemies have not be able to materialize their goals such as organizing Takfiri groups to replace Islamic Awakening movement and planning to divide the Muslim world.”
People of Syria and Iraq whether they are Shiites or Sunnis, are now motivated for fight against terrorism. Muslim peoples of Syria and Iraq, alongside their countries army and the military forces, made the united front to eradicate Takfiri groups and achieved great victories.
International Advisor to the Supreme Leader said:” defeating ISIS and other Takfiri groups in Syria and Iraq make them confidant to combat extremist groups and takfiri terrorists and to promote Islamic awakening movement.”
