KABUL: (MEP) Nechervan Idris Barzani, son of the prime minister of Iraqi Kurdistan is head of a charity and welfare institute named “Rwanga foundation”.
He invited his favorite American singer, in order to perform a concert in “Hariri” hall. He paid 650 thousand dollars to the American singer for this 3 hour concert which caused controversy and strong unhappiness in Kurdistan.
Recently, a tableau of Mullah Mustafa Barzani, father of Massoud Barzani has been made with the most expensive gemstones in the United Arabic Emirates.
The tableau related news and a large sum of payment for it has drawn strong protests and anxiety in Kurdistan.
These extravagances of the Barzani clan are accomplished while salaries of employees more than one year are paid with long delay in Kurdistan and they have received their only 8 months salaries in a year.
At present, for last three months, their salaries have not been paid and their families are living in a difficult situation due to the salaries’ cut.
