Unknown Gunmen Violently Cut Woman’s Throat In Faryab
MEP: A number of unidentified gunmen have reportedly slit throat of a young woman inside her residence in Khwaja Sabz Posh district of Faryab province.
Abdul Karim Youresh, a spokesman for Faryab police chief told the Middle East Press, the incident occurred last night in the village of Yangi Qala.
He said the armed men entered the house and after cutting Fauzia’s throat by a knife, fled the area.
Faryab police chief spokesman said they have arrested two suspects who are husband and brother of the 25 year old woman in connection with the case.
Youresh did not provide information about the cause of the incident.
The report comes as 17 days ago, a mother and her young daughter who had been killed by her son in Maimana city of Faryab province, their murderer was arrested on Tuesday.
