Two Bombs Thwarted In Tripoli

tripoli2KABUL: (MEP) Two bombs have been discovered and dismantled on Sunday by Lebanese forces in Nijmenh Square in the northern city of Tripoli.

The National News Agency reported that units from the Lebanese Armed Forces combed the streets between Nijmeh and Koura Squares in down town Tripoli, in search of further bombs.

The LAF cordoned off the area and sealed it off to citizens, NNA reported.

One of the bombs contained 10 kilograms of explosive materials.

Lebanese Armed Forces have reportedly increased their military operations against the Takfiri militants across the country in order to bring peace and stability.
