“Tel Aviv Times” news agency, quoting “The Jerusalem Post”, results of reviewing trade balance, gross earnings, capital and payment to the poor in occupied Palestine show that Israel is among disadvantaged countries.

According to this report injustice and class difference in Israel is more than the average set by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

According to this NGO, the index of poverty is constantly increasing especially among the Arab population and the “ultra-Orthodox” in Israel while only one-third of Israel’s population are economic active and by 2029 the share of economically inactive people will have increased to 50%. This means that 50 percent of people will have the lowest income levels and will be denied many social and civil rights.

Haim Bleikh, an expert of Taub center, considers differences in population structure, discriminatory policies of Israel in the provision of services, large number of elderly people and different services of social security systems to be the main reasons of this gap in this field.

Experts believe that the class gap between the rich and the poor in Israel is a strategic threat to this country. Israel is in the fifth place of economic inequality in the world.

The report undertakes to study and compare the situation of Israel in the past 25 years with that of other countries; costs are reported to be higher than expected and the biggest problem of the underprivileged in this community is providing livelihood and living costs.
