Russia Came Up For Syrian Defence Against U.S. Attack
MEP: Moscow and Washington came against each other after U.S attack on Hamas’ airbase in Syria. Russia has come up in Syrian defence.
The previous day, U.S attacked a Syrian airbase with cruise missiles under President Trump’s order in which 6 warships were destroyed and several soldiers were killed. While strongly reacting to this incident Russia has called an emergency meeting of the Security Council.
In Security Council’s emergency meeting, Russia’s deputy ambassador Vladimir Safronkov told, any further U.S missile strike on Syria could have extremely serious consequences and that in case of any further mistake U.S will be held responsible for all the conditions.
Russian president Vladimir Putin has condemned the U.S attack and has warned that if now Syria is attacked then U.S will have to confront with Russia first. According to sources Russian president has sent Russian frigate to Mediterranean.
Russian foreign office has stated that Russia is delaying the agreement of air security. Russian ministry of defence has stated: after attack on Shayrat airbase, Syria will strengthen its air defence.
On the other hand U.S ambassador in United Nations Nikki Haley says that America is ready for more attacks. However, hopefully this will not be required.
