Quds Day ‘Support For Palestine’ Held Globally
MEP: On day last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, millions of people have poured to the streets attending the International Quds Day rallies across the Islamic Republic of Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and other countries to show their solidarity and support for Palestinian people.
The protesters condemning the Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian and chanting “death to Israel.”
People taking part in the rallies seek to communicate to the world the deplorable status of the Palestinians and press the Israeli regime to respect Palestinian rights.
Hassan Rouhani, Iranian President also participated at the rally in Tehran saying “the message of the Iranian people is that the Palestinians are not alone in their struggle against occupation and oppression.”
“Today, any country that fights this base and any country that wants stability and security in this region, is looked upon unfavorably by the global arrogance,” the Iranian president said.
