More Women Grasped Trump For Sex Assault
MEP: US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has once more accused of sexual assault by two more women in the latest such allegations.
On Wednesday, The New York Times reported on two women who alleged that Donald Trump had assaulted them. Jessica Leeds recalled her encounter with the billionaire in the 1970s, as did Rachel Crooks, who met Trump in 2005. A number of allegations of sexual assault against Donald Trump have surfaced since.
Now on Friday, Summer Zervos, a former contestant on Trump’s reality show “The Apprentice,” said that he sexually abused her when she met him in 2007 at a Beverly Hills hotel to discuss a possible job.
Ms Zervos, 41, told an emotional news conference in Los Angeles that she met him in 2007 in a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where the businessman greeted her by kissing her on the mouth.
She said he asked her to sit next to him on a sofa where he “grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me again very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast”.
Ms Zervos fought back tears as she said Mr Trump attempted to lead her into the bedroom and “began thrusting his genitals”, even as she fended off his advances.
Kristin Anderson, a former aspiring model told the Washington Post he reached up her skirt and groped her in a New York club in the 1990s.
“He was so distinctive looking — with the hair and the eyebrows,” Anderson told The Post. “I mean, nobody else has those eyebrows.”
For his part, the Republican nominee has denied the accusations, taking to Twitter to vent his frustrations. Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz sent a letter to the Times demanding that the newspaper retract the story.
It’s been a turbulent few days for the Republican nominee. Just last week, The Washington Post obtained a 2005 video clip in which Trump is heard making lewd comments about women. The recording sparked backlash from Republicans, though some have since conceded that they’ll still vote for Trump in November. The latest developments will likely rock the GOP yet again.
