Kashmir In Blood, Dust And Silence

Kashmir clashMEP: A large number of people were killed and wounded in nearly a week of brutal attacks on Muslim people of Kashmir controlled by India.

India is regarded as the world’s largest democracy, Now has grabbed the lives of the people who spent years in innocence and as if India’s democracy includes any area other than Kashmir.

The conflict in Kashmir started and intensified when Burhan Muzaffar Wani, 22 years old, well-known figure separatist of Kashmir was killed on Friday 22 July  in an exchange of fire with Indian troops.

Wani was one of the leaders of “Hizbul Mujahideen”, the largest secessionist organization in the region.

World’s largest democracy continues as the state of emergency in Kashmir continues that this practice is considered contrary to human rights.

In the incidents of Kashmir, women, children and the elderly were killed and wounded and their number increases every day which its performance of the world’s largest democracy continues.

Kashmir is India’s only province where the majority of its people are Muslims. Over the years these people have been oppressed under various pretexts and incur great losses of life and property.

Indian police also had inhumane and brutal treatment with the people of the province over the past years.

Figured prominently in the meantime, is the deadly silence organizations that claim to defend human rights in the face of recent crimes in the region and approach of false claimants of human rights with multiple standards.

Almost 45 people have been killed and more than 2,000 injured in the clashes.

Doctors at the main hospital in Srinagar, the capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir, have performed 135 eye surgeries in a week. Many of those patients, doctors say, will lose their sight.

Western media and human rights defenders in the incident of a minor accident or death of even one in Europe and America, devotes all of its reports to it, but for the daily killing of dozens of children and women, no sound is heard from them.

This discriminatory dual approach reflects and proves as if “the blood of the people of Europe from the blood of Muslims is more colorful” or the sponsors and pro-war countries in the Third World look with their silence have turned to the other side.

Kashmir issue should be considered as other important matters of regional counties.
