KABUL: (MEP) According to statistics released by an Israeli migration service center, most Israeli academic people are seeking jobs abroad.

According to “Tel Aviv Times” news agency quoting “Arutz Sheva” news agency, these statistics show that this year the migration of university professors, academics and experts in the field of superior technology has increased 23 percent. These people are not getting due salary raise and hope to find a job abroad.

According to the results released by Relocation Source company out of the two thousand five hundred academic families that moved out of the country, more than 80 percent believe their government is unable to improve living standards in the near future and42% of them believe the cost of living is high in the occupied territories.

According to this report, lack of progress in employment status or social positions is also another factor encouraging 7% of university professors in the occupied territories to migrate.

Also the challenge of living, uncontrollable inflation, unemployment, insecurity, government corruption and successive wars are the main reasons for the migration of Israeli academics.

According to the statistics a larger number of Israeli academics are now waiting to find employment outside the country and as soon as they have such an opportunity they will leave the occupied territories.
