KABUL: (MEP) The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) Leadership Council appointed Mohammed bin Rashid Abdullah bin Zayed al Roqir, known as Abu Zayed, as the Emir for The Caucasus Emirate and Salahuddin Shishani as his deputy.
According to the report, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in ISIS Leadership Council meeting commemorate Muhammad Suleymanov as one of ISIS Mujahed, who has already pledged allegiance to ISIS. He stressed the necessity to take revenge for him on Russian government and he ordered to select and introduce the new Emir in a week.
Following Baghdadi’s speech, ISIS leadership council appointed Mohammed bin Rashid Abdullah bin Zayed al Roqir, known as Abu Zayed, as the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate.
Also Salahuddin Shishani who is now leader of a group in Syria, which has over a thousand people, should go to Georgia to the ISIS operational headquarters in the Caucasus Mountains.
