KABUL: (Middle East Press) Heavy Explosion killed at least eight civilians in southeastern Ghazni province on Tuesday, local officials reported.
The attack took place in the area of Jaghori-Gilan highway after an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targeted a civilian vehicle.
Mohammad Ali Ahmadi, Deputy provincial governor said the dead people included four women, three men and a child.
According to Ahmadi, the civilians were all travelling inside the vehicle which struck with the roadside bomb.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
