Ghani Approves Contracts Worth Of 636AFG Million
KABUL: (MEP) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on Saturday approved 25 contracts worth of 636 million Afghanis.
A meeting was held in presidential Palace where the National Procurement Commission (NPC) and government entities reviewed 36 contracts of 11 ministries but the remaining were either rejected or recommended for technical rectification.
The meeting was also attended by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah, second Vice-President Mohammad Sarwar Danish, Minister of Finance Eklil Ahmad Hakimi and Minister of Justice Abdul Basir Anwar.
So far the commission has approved around 600 contracts worth of 96 billion Afghanis since the National Unity Government (NUG) formed.
