Four Rockets Hit National Assembly Building In Kabul

12910895_1751118668504800_1200947396_nKABUL: (MEP) At least four rockets were hit in the new building of the National Assembly just moments when officials have been summoned to parliament.

The incident took place around 10:10am Monday morning.

A staff Member of Parliament who did not want his name to be taken told Middle East Press, one rocket was targeted into the National Assembly building that has destroyed several cars belonging to the parliament representatives.

According to him, the rocket landed in the yard of the National Assembly also lead to loss of life and property, but the exact figure is unknown.

Two other rockets also landed near the National Assembly building, the source added.

He noted that the fourth rocket also landed at the NATO base near the Parliament that has caused fire to parts of the base.
