KABUL: (MEP) A Russian military of a Mi-8 helicopter was crashed killing three pilots and an engineering instructor in the country’s western Pskov region on Monday.
Russia’s Defense Ministry has said the incident occurred during a training mission in the Pskov region, about 600 kilometers (370 miles) northwest of the capital Moscow.
