Breaking; Two Explosions Occurred at a Dehqan Festival in Helmand Province
Helmand Governor`s Spokesperson Omar Zwak, confirmed the event, Talking to Middle East Press.
According to him, the explosions took place around 10:00 am today morning (Saturday, March 23) at a Dehqan Ceremony in Lashkargah city.
Zwak refused to give more details.
So far, no group or individuals has claimed responsibility for the attack.
