Deadly blast in Pakistan’s Baluchistan killed several

A suicide bomber has blown himself up at the entrance of a Sufi shrine in Pakistan, Which killed 18 people and wounded 25 others, local officials have told Al Jazeera news agency.

The death toll from a suicide bombing at a Shia shrine in the country’s southwest increased after four victims died at a hospital overnight, police said on Saturday.

Senior police officer Mohammad Iqbal said that more than 20 victims were still receiving treatment, some with critical wounds.

“The suicide attacker was captured at the shrine’s main entrance,” added Muhammad Iqbal

Dr Rukhsana Magsi said; many people have either lost their hands” some have been hit in their heads with shrapnel.

“The dead bodies are now being handed over to their families.”

The Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) has claimed responsibility for the attack, and they also claimed responsibility for several past attacks in Baluchistan.
