KABUL: (MEP) A close aide to Massoud Barzani announced his travel arrangement to Iran and Russia within the next month.
Barzani intends to review joining anti ISIS coalition and partnership with Russia and Iran in the fight against ISIS during his trip to these countries, according to the report.
Barzani Government believes that American coalition’s performance affected by Saudi Arabia in the fight against ISIS was not serious and it seems that it does not intend to eliminate ISIS, instead this coalition tries to manage ISIS to continue the crisis in the region, US strategy to this day was to control ISIS in the range specified in the region.
President Barzani also has his own concerns to remain in power and undoubtedly in this trip he will try to attract support from Iran and Russia to survive the power.
