KABUL: (MEP) At least 126 were rescued and three fighters killed as standoff ended after an operation by security forces, a security minister has said.
However, security operation still continues at a hotel nearby, he added.
At Least 126 hostages have been freed and three “jihadists” killed in the operation to retake the Splendid Hotel in the city centre, the security minister told Reuters news agency.
