Afghan Military Kills 30 ISIS Militants In Nangarhar
MEP: In air and ground operations by security forces in Achin and Haska Mina districts of eastern Nangarhar province, 30 members of the Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorist group, including a prominent commander were killed.
Attaullah Khogyani, Nangarhar governor’s spokesman told the Middle East Press, the operation was conducted in the past 24 hours in Jamal Khel village of Achin district and Karkari region of Haska Mina district.
He said 30 members of the terrorist group, including a key commander named “Hamza” were killed and five others wounded.
Khogyani stated that security forces also destroyed a Datsun vehicle belonging to the terror group and three mines have been defused.
