Afghan Army Kills Four ISIS Terrorists In Nangarhar

ISIS terroristsKABUL: (MEP) Heavy clashes erupted between local police and Afghan National Army forces in eastern Nangarhar province in which at least four members of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group were killed.

A statement was issued by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) states the clashes broke out early morning at around 4:20 am in Kot district of the province.

“The incident occurred after the terrorist group attacked local police outpost in Dosari area of Kot district,” said the statement.

According to the statement, four ISIS terrorists were killed during the clashes and there was no casualties on Afghan forces.

The statement added that the current security situation across Kot district is normal and there is no security problem for the local residents.

The terror group of Islamic State (IS) are actively participates in key districts of Nangarhar province and are planning terrorist plots against the government and its citizens.
