Ballot Box For Four Ministers In Parliament
MEP: Parliament to continue the process of impeachment of ministers, placed a ballot box for the ministers of, telecommunications, counter-narcotics, agriculture, energy and water.
Salamat Azimi, Minister of Counter Narcotics, Ali Ahmad Osmani, Minister of Energy and Water, Minister Abdul Razaq Wahidi, Minister of Communications and Asaddullah Zamir Minister of Agriculture were invited today at the parliament but refused to attend.
The mentioned four ministers like three ministers that did not attend the impeachment session of Parliament yesterday and the Parliament without any discussion, set vote ballot for them.
This comes as President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, announced yesterday at a cabinet meeting that until the decision of Supreme Court, the impeached ministers will remain in their posts.
It is noteworthy that so far Parliament has dismissed the Ministers of Public Works, Foreign Affairs, Education, Higher Education, Labour and Social Affairs and Transport and the Ministers of Finance, Planning and Justice Affairs also received a vote of confidence.
