9310 Kilograms Of Ammonium Nitrate Discovered In Torkham
MEP: Torkham border police has discovered about 9310 kilograms of ammonium nitrate from a bearing vehicle near the border.
Interior Ministry said in a statement on Sunday the amount of chemicals was obtained yesterday evening by the Torkham border police.
The statement added the product was skillfully placed in bags inside a truck and transported across the border to Afghanistan, which was seized during the search.
The driver, who is a citizen of Pakistan was arrested in connection with the case.
