KABUL (MEP) – UPTADE; A suicide blast hit Qambar square close to the entrance gate of Marshal Fahim Military Academy in PD5 of Kabul city early Tuesday killing 5 people and wounding 12 others, said MoI.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) says that the incident raised when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives.
“Five including three military personnel and two civilians were killed,” interior ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi told Reuters, adding that 12 people were wounded, five of them civilians.
He said the figures were preliminary and details will be provided later.
However, the Ministry of Defense (MOD) confirming the attack, said that five killed, four of them defense personals and six people were hurt, including 5 soldiers.
No one or group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
