U.S. police investigating crimes in Texas
MEP: Two people were killed and six others wounded in a shooting that took place on Sunday in the US city of Houston, Texas. According to police.
Two armed suspects were involved in the shooting, one of whom was shot by a SWAT officer.
Two of the injured were police officers.
“One of the suspects was shot and he has expired. We believe he was shot by the other suspect, and the other suspect was eventually shot by one of the SWAT officers when a SWAT team responded,” Houston Interim Police Chief Martha Montalvo said.
Motive behind the incident is under further investigations.
