KABUL: (Middle East Press) A traffic accident in Herat province killed at least two people and over 29 others wounded earlier morning.
Herat police Chief, Abdul Sabour says that the incident took place in Khwaja Orya area of the Adraskan District.
He said the incident occurred after a passenger bus which was going towards Farah from Herat province has turned upside down in Khawaja Orya area killing and injuring 31 passengers.
According to Sabour that women and children were also among the killed ones.
The injured ones were transferred to the nearby hospitals as soon as the police arrived at the scene.
He turned the accident as the fault of the driver and added that the accident happened because of the carelessness of the driver.
The vehicle was also severely damaged in the incident.
