Teenage Boy Rape A 3-year-old Child in Takhar
KABUL: (Middle East Press) A three year old child was transferred to a hospital after she was raped by a teenage boy in Takhar province.
According to reports, the incident took place in Dasht-Qala district and the child’s condition is extremely poor.
Sunat-ullah Temori, a spokesman for the provincial governor said, the offender has been arrested and is in police custody for further examination.
Rape case and sexual abuse of women and children has been rapidly increased during the recent years and several children under age of six have been fatally raped last year.
According to a survey, nearly 65 cases of rape statistics have been registered in the country which most of them are the innocent children.
