Suicide bomber targets foreign troop’s convoy in Kabul
A suicide bomber on Sunday attacked a convoy of foreign troops in the surrounding areas of district five of capital Kabul.
The attack took place around 11:10 am near the Qanbar Crossroads, according to reports.
Eyewitnesses say that the attacker was inside his car when targeted foreign troops, and then the area was blocked by these forces.
According to these witnesses, foreign forces have not allowed anyone to go to the area and they are investigating the attack themselves.
The Kabul Police Command spokesman confirmed the attack, but did not provide details about the type of explosion, casualties or damage.
Foreign forces have not yet commented on this.
No group claimed responsibility behind the blast so far.
