Student commits suicide in Badakhshan Province
A University student hanged herself at her dormitory in Badakhshan province on Sunday October 8th.
Spokesman of Badakhshan’s governor Nek Muhammad Nazari said; the 22-year-old girl was named Shukria and was a student at the Faculty of Social Sciences.
Nazari added that the girl is a resident of Shaghnan district and has been in the dormitory since the beginning of the university.
So far, the cause of the suicide is not clear, according to the authorities, investigations have begun in this regard.
