President Ghani Returns After Visiting Qatar, Iran
MEP: Ashraf Ghani, President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, after his three-day official visits to Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Iran returned to the country.
President Ghani traveled to Qatar for a two-day visit and from there visited Iran’s Tehran for Chabahar port agreement between Afghanistan, India and Iran.
According to a statement by his office, Ghani retuned home last night.
President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan during his visit to Iran, met and held talks with the leaders of Iran and India on expansion of relations and cooperation in various sectors.
The triad leaders of Afghanistan, Iran and India signed a milestone agreement on strategic port of Chabahar on Monday.
The agreement will enhance economic and politic relations between the three countries.
