Praising Sheikh Shaltout’s Characters In The Muslim World
KABUL: (MEP) In an article titled “Islam is one, no religion” Sanaa Al-Bissi, Al-Ahram newspaper columnist praised Sheikh Shaltout’s friendly character and criticized Qardawi’s recent comments.
According to this report, he presented Sheikh Shaltout as a great and moderate character and a peacemaker between Muslims: Sheikh Shaltout was an agent of unity between Muslims and the owner of honorable and unifying fatwa legitimizing the eight sects of Islam.
He also added: Qardawi wastes his life repeating his mental deposits and rejecting Sheikh Shaltout’s approach as wrong in approximation religions, but his name and innovation will remain a source of pride and dignity.
The Arab and Muslim world will respect his personality and agents like Qardawi will not be able to crush his honor, extremists must wake up and learn lessons from their past.
