KABUL: (MEP) According to the local officials of kunduz at least 17 Taliban insurgents were killed in military operations.
Mohammad Masoum Safi said, the operations took place in Ali Abad district of the province after Taliban insurgents attacked military outposts on Wednesday and clashed with security forces, a provincial security official.
“Two senior commanders of the Taliban Mawlawi Neyazi and Mawlawi Abdul Hai are among the dead,” he said.
