New Taliban Group Emerged In Paktika Led By Maulvi Honar

New Taliban factionKABUL: (MEP) New members of a Taliban group led by Maulvi Obaidullah Honar has been emerged in Paktika province.

The newly insurgent faction clashed with Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor allies since a week in which 45 members from both groups were killed in the ongoing fighting.

Mullah Obidullah Honar claims that Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour is funded by Pakistani intelligence and therefore they do not recognize him as their leader.

Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour after the death of former Taliban leader Mullah Muhammad Omar is in charge of leadership of the group which caused waves of discontent among the group.

Mullah Mansoor opponents by publishing videos have emphasized repeatedly that Mullah Mansoor has killed their former leader and have taken the Taliban leadership on the Pakistani intelligence services order.

Some of top Taliban commanders declaring hostility with Mullah Mansoor, have introduced Mullah Mohammad Rasool as Taliban leader.

However, a video has recently published showing that Maulvi Obaidullah Honar, a senior Taliban commander declaimed himself as new Taliban leader among his supporters.
