NDS Forces Detain Taliban Intelligence Deputy in Maidan Wardak
KABUL (MEP) – Afghan NDS Forces in a targeted operation, detained the Taliban’s deputy intelligence officer and the group’s Zakat collector for Jalriz district of Maidan Wardak province.
The operation was launched in the villages of Ahmad Khil and Mohammad Noor Khil in the Jalariz district, Maidan Wardak; NDS Press Office said in a statement today Sunday, January 26.
The Taliban’s deputy intelligence officer and the group’s Zakat collector along with five of its key men were arrested in the operation, NDS statement further added.
According to NDS, security forces also seized military equipment from the detainees.
