NDS Arrest Suicide Bomber’s Chief In Southern Helmand
MEP: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) arrested a 3-member group of armed Taliban’s suicide bombers in southern Helmand province.
A statement by NDS said Thursday Mawlavi Nematullah was arrested together with his two colleagues in Lashkargah city by the intelligence operatives.
Two of his colleagues, Rozi Khan and Kala Khan planned to carry rebellious activities in parts of the city during Eid days, but arrested before reaching goals, the statement added.
The Afghan forces also obtained a Dshk heavy machine gun, a radio, a camera frame, a searching device, 10 motorcycles and hundreds of rounds of small arms and military equipment from the detained rebels.
