Netanyahu Rejects To Meet Donald Trump

MEP: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected the invitation of US President-elect Donald Trump before the inauguration of his power.

Palestinian Information Center reported, Netanyahu and Trump were expected to meet on January 20 but the Israeli Prime Minister rejected the invitation.

Senior Israeli officials had announced that Trump during a phone call with Netanyahu established after the presidential elections in the US, called for an immediate trip of Natanyahu to America and the Israeli Prime Minister also said he was pleased to have a gathering with Trump.

Netanyahu congratulated Trump’s victory in the presidential election during the phone call conversation and declared that “America won’t be having a better ally than Israel”.

However, Netanyahu recently asked US President-elect to hold the invitation by formal procedures, because Barack Obama is currently assumed as US legal President and therefore Israeli Prime Minister has rejected Trump’s invitation.
