More than 50 Taliban were killed and wounded in Balamarghab
As a result of a joint operation by security forces and foreign troops, in order to clean Balamarghab district of Baghlan province, more than 50 armed Taliban have been killed and injured.
According to the Middle East Press; today (Sunday, April 07) the Ministry of Defense releasing a newsletter announced; the operations were launched in Akazai area and provincial Police Headquarter in Balamarghab district.
According to the newsletter, the operation was launched last night, due to which, 35 Armed Taliban were killed 22 others were wounded and 35 vehicles and ammunition were destroyed.
Badghis province is one of the most insecure provinces in the western part of the country, which Abkamari and Balamarghab districts witnessed massive conflicts during last days.
