Man Opens Fire On Three Women In Kunduz
MEP: Three women have sustained injuries after a man in Kunduz province has opened fire on them with a pistol, an official said on Thursday.
Mahfozullah Akbari, spokesman of Police Regional Command 808 Spin Zar told the Middle East Press, the incident occurred last night in Chahar Bagh region in the surrounding areas of fourth police district.
The women were identified as the man’s mother, wife and sister-in-law.
He said the man was drunk as he had consumed intoxicant drugs and fled the area after shooting.
Akbari added that the injured are in stable condition and police trying to arrest the person.
Poverty, unemployment and a weak economy are the substances that addict hundreds in the country as well as causing such horrific incidents among families.
