Lighting Movement Protests End, Civil Movements Continue

13224267_1182441495155102_1504699931_oMEP: After transportation routes to the Presidential Palace (ARG) and later roads blocked leading to Chaman Hozori of security forces, protesters for up to six hours to the demonstrations ended in Dehmazang area of Kabul city.

Kabul and the roads leading to the Presidential Palace have been blocked last night by containers and the protesters began their demonstration from the beginning of the day.

Protesters had started marching from ten parts of the city, when faced with denial and strict government, gathered in Dehmazang area.

The rally was attended by numerous people lasted for six hours and at the end of the protests leaders decided to end the rally by preventing any social and security problems.

At the end of the protest a resolution was read, according to which, the government was warned that if no satisfactory response to their demands given, they will continue civil movements.

As part of the resolution explicitly been read which if not repealed the Act of April 30 of Cabinet, will launch a broader demonstrations.

The resolution says that lack of electricity is tolerable; but the humiliation of the nation is unacceptable.

However, General Gul Nabi Ahmadzai, police chief of Kabul Garrison warned the perpetrators of protests in Kabul city last night over Junbesh-e-Roshnaye (Lighting Movement) that in case of any possible incident of security threats, will be arrested and introduce to the court.

But the organizer of the protest, criticized the action of the Garrison, stated that no wall will stop them, but respect for the dignity and security of Kabul, made them stop the protest no any wall.
