ISIS Cut Off Water In 30 Areas Of Mosul

MEP: Nineveh Governorate Council member says the water has been cut off in the liberated areas of the eastern part of Mosul.

Nineveh governorate council member told Alsumaria News that the water has been cut off in 30 liberated areas of the eastern part of Mosul and 10 other areas have temporary access to the water.

He added that the water projects in the area of al-Qabat are under control of ISIS and they prevent pumping water into the neighborhoods of the liberated areas in Mosul. The second area which is under control of ISIS is near to the al-Hawi Church. This area also provides water for the city of Mosul.

He continued: ISIS has ordered its members to target the liberated areas. Ministry of Municipalities and Finance should provide cars for transferring water to the liberated areas in Mosul.
